Facilitators from the Queen’s Executive Decision Centre use the centre’s fully integrated portable meeting facility to help both private- and public-sector groups meet their collaborations, planning and decision-making goals.

Jon Linton, Consultant
Jon Linton, a Consultant at TCI Management Consultants, specialises in strategic and business planning, membership surveys, feasibility studies, public policy development, and social and economic impact assessments projects for the arts, culture, recreation and entertainment sectors.

Ron Palmer, Consultant
Ron is a Partner at The Planning Partnership.  He has spent much of his 25-year career writing Official Plan, Secondary Plan and Official Plan Amendment documents on behalf of municipal clients.  He has also carried out extensive research for various Ministries’ and other agencies related to the development of public policy. Ron is recognized for his skill in preparing planning policies to implement the firm’s community plans and urban design guidelines.
